The Dinosaur Park POA Clubhouse features a fabulous meeting room great for private parties, a full working kitchen, fitness center, on-site manager's office, conference room, and lockers and restroom access for the pool.

Please note that due to social distancing guidelines, reservations are limited to 15 people at a time.

Dinosaur Park POA hosts a 6 lane lap pool and 8 person hot tub. The pool area is gated and an access card is needed for entry. All homeowners in good standing receive 2 access cards. If additional cards are needed, please contact the property manager.

Dinosaur Park POA's playground is located by the clubhouse and tennis courts and is a great way for families to meet one another in the community. Shaded benches are available for parents. |

Walking Trails
Dinosaur Park POA has ~3 miles of walking trails throughout the community along the Chattahoochee river and through wooded terrain. Please keep dogs on leashes and pick up after your pets. |
